When preparing your submission for vdonxt awards, please review the entry criteria carefully.
Please ensure that your submission contains sufficient information. Do include relevant facts and figures where possible.

Post Registration:

Once you register for the submission, login credentials for your entry account will be generated and emailed to you. You can use your entry account to add or delete your submissions for the awards and submit the final ones by adding those to the cart.
The contact details you provide in your entry form will be used throughout the awards process. If these details change after the form has been submitted, please send your new contact information by email to [email protected] or [email protected]

Post entry submission:

This entity name and address quoted in the registration form will be used for further correspondence relating to your entry, so please do cross-check this, particularly if your company has submitted more than one entry in any category.
Please note that we will use the company name rather than that of the project or team in our coverage.

How to make effective entries?

Mantras for making an impactful award entry:

Stick to the word limit - short   crisp fits the bill
Avoid PR jargon   back your words with relevant facts instead
For e.g. 'Synergies' were created or Integration was ‘seamless’ but 'How?'
Write persuasively
Include supporting evidence
Ensure the links you submit are accessible
Don't forget to take a thumbs up from your client
PROOFREAD   ensure there are no spelling and grammatical errors

The entries submitted to the afaqs! vdonxt awards should have been released for between October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019.

Entry Guidelines:

A single piece of work can be entered in more than one category. Please ensure that the entries submitted to the afaqs! vdonxt awards should have been released for between October 1, 2018 and September 30, 2019. Last date to avail Early Bird Discount is December 05, 2019. Final deadline till December 20, 2019

Results:

The decision of the jury will be final and binding.

Mode of Payment:

The payment can be made online by credit/debit cards, net banking or via cheques.
Please make your Crossed Cheque or Bank Draft payable to "Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd" in INR only, and mail the same at Banyan Netfaqs Pvt Ltd, B-3, Ground Floor, Sector 4, Noida 201301.

Judging Process:

Each piece of work will be judged by the members of the Jury. In each case, they will judge on a scale of 1 to 10, where 1 is poor and 10 is exceptional.
To get gold, a piece of work should not only be the top scorer in its category but should also get an average score of at least 7 points for Gold. Similarly, the minimum score for silver and bronze is 6 and 5 respectively.

Judging Criteria:

The jury will be advised to keep in mind the following parameters before judging the final impact:

Uniqueness of the idea: is it memorable?
Quality of craft: the aesthetic in filmmaking.
Execution: implementation of the idea.
Engagement: will viewers watch the whole film? And maybe even watch it again?
For Brand Integration the jury will additionally consider if the brand becomes one with the story.
